International Gastronomy in Jamaica's Most Opulent Fine-Dining restaurant.

The Regency restaurant offers a curated expression of our love for our land, Jamaica. We are faithful to its terroir, its produce and its producers. Our culinary philosophy is equally inspired by respect: respect for traditions past and for substance. We present to you dishes born in this very room some 60 years ago; and some fresh local dishes that nourish the senses.

The Regency Restaurant is open from Thursday- Sunday from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
