Each evening, guests begin their experience in the Piano Lounge where they are greeted by Mr. Frank Gilmore, thirty-five years as Terra Nova's premiere Maitre d', who delivers a sense of unremitting concentration and effortless attention to the needs of guests, who are immediately made to feel at home.
